About VegGhana

The Vegetarian Association of Ghana (VegGhana) was registered in 2005 as a non-governmental (NGO) and not for profit making. VegGhana is aimed at promoting the benefits of vegetarianism for our health, our environment and a more compassionate world.

The membership is open to Vegans, Vegetarians and Non-Vegetarians with the intention to become a vegetarian. It promotes healthy eating and lifestyles using plant based diet and nutrition as its foundation.
